Here’s something to think about it…


How do you really listen to someone to hear and understand them? This is a great question and one where we don’t have to overcomplicate it. A few listening tips that I shared in my Pulse Point, “Listen Rearranged Spells Silent,” include:


  • Don’t Interrupt Them

  • Ask Questions

  • Look for Verbal Cues
