Gallup’s employee engagement model includes 4 levels of needs to address; in the teamwork phase within their Q12 survey, you want your employees to strongly agree with the following statements in order to hit those elements that relate to teamwork:

My associates or fellow employees are committed to doing quality work.
I have a best friend at work.
