I get this question a lot and have many suggestions for you to consider. I’ll concentrate on the first step here – determine what’s best for you/want do you want. A common exercise I recommend for my Coachees is to think about what makes you happy. Pursuing things of meaning (i.e., self-actualization in the emotional intelligence world) leads to greater overall well-being in both your personal and professional life. I have a simplified vision board exercise I ask Coachees to go through that takes less than 10 minutes to start getting ideas flowing. If you are interested, please reach out.
