Let’s think about it…

On Tuesday, I posted an awesome quote from Anne M. Mulcahy:

“Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled.

Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability.”

When managers care about their employees as a whole person, then you are a step closer to employee engagement. Small steps taken every day over time make this happen. What’s a tip to implement immediately? Stop and take time to get to know your employee a little better. You don’t have to be best friends with everyone and take annual vacations together, but showing a genuine interest in your employees makes a difference.

I work with Organizations to help engage their employees to grow and with Individuals to help them thrive. If you are ready to get started, please reach out to chat.
