How does Stress Affect my Reality?

Let’s think about it…


Stress can affect people in a lot of different ways. One example is stress can push someone to not be able to see things as they really are. Some individuals start fearing the worst, while others my start sugarcoating reality. It’s important to ask yourself which one best describes you when you are not seeing things realistically and go through some steps to be able to get through the cloudiness. If you are being extreme with fearing the worst, ask yourself what evidence is there that this is a real danger? If you are on the opposite side of the spectrum and sugarcoat reality, watch for cues from others. Does their body language, words, and voice set a different tone?
