Here’s something to think about it…


When leading with the your strength of Individualization, it often starts with making sure you are grounded in your strengths, preferences, motivations, etc. and are able to articulate that to others. Gallup offers some great questions you can ask yourself, “What is the best praise you ever received? How often do you like to check in with your manager? What is your best method for building relationships? How do you learn best?” Once you understand these areas about yourself, ask others the same questions to get to know them better!


So, my question to you:

  • When’s the last time you asked others these questions?
