Here’s something to think about it…
When I work with someone or for someone, I look for certain characteristics such as being honest and ethical, realizing that if you have messed up (which we all do, no one is perfect) you admit it/own it and then communicate it (shows growth), and overall, just being a good leader. If you’ve ever witnessed bad leadership moments, you almost immediately pause and ask yourself, “did they really do that” or “did they really just say that…” If it becomes a recurring thing, that’s your red flag…
