In Melissa Daimler’s book, “Reculturing,” she discusses the “opportunities to strengthen and reinforce culture through each process.” She defines processes as, “the formal, consistent, and organization-wide approaches that provide accountability and clarity for how work gets done.” Melissa states that employee experience processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, talent developing, and offboarding) along with strategizing and decision making are important processes when Reculturing.
