Posting on social media is relatively new to me (can you believe there are still some who don’t do this?). What’s not new is my love of watching people grow in their careers! My passion is to Motivate, Inspire, Lead, and Empower others by providing opportunities and tools to those who want to go the extra MILE. While I’ve typically done this through 1 on 1 and group forums in a nonsocial media environment, I do plan to start sharing more publicly for anyone interested in picking up a new tidbit here and there.
As some of you know, I’ve taken a leap of faith and started my own company, Badeau Consulting - WHAT A GIFT! Very excited for this opportunity and very appreciative of all the wonderful people who provided (and continue to provide) advice through my journey.
