Let’s think about it…


On Tuesday, I posted an awesome quote from Sybil F. Sterschic:


“The way your employees feel is the way your customers will feel.

And if your employees don’t feel valued, neither will your customers.”


Employees who feel valued are engaged. When employees are engaged, they go above and beyond in what they do which affects your customers/clients. Employees do more than the minimum expectations, they provide excellent service, offer tips, make sure that there’s a resolution. All of these things have lasting impressions on your customers/clients which lead to customer satisfaction.
